STERILE PRODUCTION
To obtain high quality pharmaceutical products, the technology and method applied are the most important aspect to take into consideration.
Our production process takes place inside the clean room of our pharmaceutical workshop, equipped with a sophisticated air filtering system to eliminate environmental contamination.
With an accurate process of plasmapheresis, the plasma of the individual donor is separated from the corpuscular portion of the blood and filtered by special machines with sterile disposable kits that allow direct collection in the dedicated blood transfusion bag: it is therefore a closed system that never exposes the drug in the air thus guaranteeing its sterility and the absence of endotoxins.
Each bag is immediately sealed and identified to obtain full traceability of the lot of each donor.
