QUALITY CONTROL
Plasmalife products are constantly subjected to rigorous tests throughout the whole production chain, guaranteeing to the customer a sterile and effective medicine.
Donors undergo veterinary checks and blood tests for infectious diseases with each individual plasma donation.
Once packaged, the plasma is immediately frozen at -20 ° C and remains in quarantine for a minimum period of 90 days during which each batch is subjected to tests in the Plasmalife laboratory authorized by the Ministry of Health and GMP certified to check for:
- Sterility (to bacteria, molds and yeasts)
- Absence of endotoxins
- IgG concentration ≧ 24 g / l
- Total Protein Concentration ≧ 50 g / l
- Concentration of citrates (excipient) ≦ 4.73 g / l
